Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager - Health Care (IT Solutions Specialist)
Location: Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore
Position reports to: Head of Sales at Delhi
Job Purpose Summary: The Sales Manager is responsible for delivering sales revenue from Health Care IT Software technologies and services offered to clients and prospects in Western/ Northern & Southern India. The main focus of this position is to bring in new business and new clients.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Achieve greater that 1 million US$ equivalent annual revenue.
  • Identifies and qualifies legitimate sales opportunities, providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships.
  • Negotiates contractual terms and conditions, and works with the solutions/operations/implementation teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Builds a sales pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients continuously assessing and communicating how company can meet their needs.
  • Develops and executes sales presentations to potential clients. Develops and implements sales plans and activities.
  • Learns about company technologies, keeping up to date with the new Service Portfolio and market trends.
  • The position will require supporting our business development outreach initiatives, which will require management of all facets of pre and post sale responsibilities.
Qualification Criteria:
  • Desired Education:  College Degree
  • Desired Experience:  10-15 Years, of which 5 years specializing in Health Care IT sales
  • Desired Specialty Background: B2B Sales, minimum of 3 years of verifiable quota performance
Candidate Profile: The Sales person must be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, formal presentation skills before small and large groups, demonstrated problem solving ability and negotiation skills (with special emphasis on closing sales), experience managing territories and state-of-the-art products, good follow-through and time management skills, and attention to detail.

Location: Mumbai & Delhi
Position reports to: Head of Sales at Delhi
Job Purpose Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering sales revenue from Financial Services and Insurance Software technologies and services offered in Western/ Northern India. The main focus of this position is to bring in business from new clients by prospecting and developing customer relationships.

  • Negotiates contractual terms and conditions, and works with the solutions/operations/implementation teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Maintains an ongoing relationship with prospective clients continuously assessing and communicating how company can meet their needs.

Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager – SAP (IT Solutions Sales Specialist)
Location: Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore
Position reports to: Head of Sales at Delhi
Job Requirement: Sales
  • Business Development & Revenue Generation
  • Gather market intelligence and identify prospective customers or assess cross sell opportunities in current clients. Assess prospect needs and effectively pitch appropriate service offerings
  • Develop and present proposals for customized business solutions on SAP. Close the sale and ensure effective project initiation. Leverage client satisfaction and client relationship to grow existing accounts. Build long term relationships to ensure strong revenue pipeline
  • SAP relationship for Business plan, Agreements / Invoicing, Payments / Schemes, Promotions, Verticalisation / Updating the partner source, Certifications, partner points, etc

PreSales

  • Bid Management: Respond to RFI / RFP and facilitate the sales process, resulting in successful leads & winning proposals. This will include
  • Bid management
  • Working with teams for solution designing. Working collaboratively with solution architects and technical consultants for preparing appropriate response to RFP documents.
  • Coordination of deal & solution reviews for go/no-go decisions
  • Leading the estimation and pricing on bids
  • Adherence to the review and other internal processes
  • Providing inputs for preparation of winning sales plans and proposals
    Proposal presentation and participation in Orals
    Building lasting Client relationships resulting in add-on sales
    Strong solution content on one or more of SAP modules
Candidate Profile:
  • Possess a minimum of 8-10 years of SAP / Oracle / Ramco / JD Edward / Axapta etc. sales experience
  • Professionally qualified with good knowledge of SAP domains
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation skills
  • Resourceful and business-oriented
  • Fluent in presentations, negotiations and ability to liaise with top management
  • Good foundation and knowledge of information technology trends & developments, ERP industry, consumer goods and related industry would be advantageous
  • Ability to work well with teams and being a good individual as well as team player Good knowledge of SAP and its solution components
  • Commercial and business acumen
  • Good pre-sales background
  • Ability to respond to RFP and estimation capabilities
  • Work experience in our focus sectors like EUC, Retail, Telco or Public services is a plus
